Hey you guys! Today I am going to present you the city of Constanta which is historically known as Tomis. Also, this is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Romania. It was founded around 600 BC. The city is located in the Dobrogea region, on the Black Sea coast. So hey! Romania is not all about the beautiful mountains, we also have our precious Black Sea.

Brasov – the perfect medieval city
Hello travelers! Good to be here again! Today I want to tell you about Brasov which is a city located in the central part of Romania, about 166 kilometers north of Bucharest. It is surrounded by the Southern Carpathians and is part of the Transylvania region. This is one of my favorite cities in our country and every now and then I like to escape the hustle and bustle of Bucharest and visit it!
Bucegi Mountains – 2000 m above sea level
This blog post is going to be a short one, but with so many beautiful photos presenting #myRomania! So stay tuned!
Two weeks ago, we had a day off from work and my cousin asked me if we were willing to leave Bucharest that weekend. Well, of course! We are always ready to travel! So we immediately thought of going to the mountains.
Asked another friend of ours to join us and the plan was already made. We were escaping Bucharest for 1 day. Yuhuu
Ok, so we were all really enthusiastic about this trip and woke up pretty early in the morning. We’ve met our friends and off we went to our destination for the day, which in this case was Sinaia. From there we wanted to reach the height of 2000 m by climbing the mountain that rises above this small town.
Trip to Sibiu – my favorite Romanian city
One month ago, husband and I really needed a break-out from our daily routine and a one-day trip was just perfect at the moment. My father also joined us and off we went to one of my favorite cities in Romania – Sibiu, which is absolutely amazing.
Romania is a wonderful country and I will always try to highlight this and share my pictures and stories to as many people as I can. Romania has great mountains – the Carpathians, the Black Sea and also the Danube Delta. So it’s kind of unique, right?
A lot of tourists hear about Transylvania and most of them believe it’s a different country than Romania, but hell no… Transylvania is just a region in Romania. An awesome one if you ask me… and Sibiu is a medieval town part of this area!
Timisoara – my second hometown
Hello hello! Long time no see dear travelers! This time I would like to talk to you about one of the most beautiful cities in Romania in my opinion. And I’m guessing it’s not only my opinion… This amazing city is Timisoara!
Timisoara is also known as the city of roses and parks, and has a very green face, especially in spring, when tulips abound. Some call it little Vienna, because of similar architecture and the number of museums.
It’s the third most populous city in the country, with 319,279 inhabitants and also the informal capital city of the historical region of Banat. In September 2016, Timisoara was selected as the European Capital of Culture for 2021. Yaaay
