Jordan – one of my most meaningful trips

Long time no see, huh? I know I know. And I am really sorry for that. I will make it up to you by telling you everything about this wonderful trip I had last year in December, in Jordan. Visited Amman, which is the capital of the country and of course Petra, considered one of the New Seven Wonders of the World along with Taj Mahal – India, Christ the Redeemer – Brazil, The Great Wall of China, The Colosseum – Rome, Machu Picchu – Peru and Chichén Itzá – Mexico. Let me tell you more and let me try to explain why it was for me, one of the most meaningful trips ever.

Greece – my love forever (Chalkida and Athens)

Hello my dear travelers! I am warning you, this post might get a little sensitive from time to time, but don’t you lose interest now and bear with me haha. Greece was for me love at first sight, I swear. It wasn’t my first foreign country that I visited but it was the first country that I loved and felt as being as my own, actually more than my own to be honest. I always felt like home in Greece. You know… we get attached to people in this life, we get attached to certain habits, we get attached to ideas… and we also get attached to places. I got attached to Chalkida at first… and then Athens. But with so much beauty around, it was absolutely normal to happen this way. Let me tell you more.

Cyprus – Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia

Hello my dearest of dears! This blog post is going to be about Cyprus, a small island divided between the Greek and Turkish people. Traveling to Cyprus at the end of October was a blast. Why? Oh well, mostly because it was still summer! I mean 30 Celsius degrees! And I guess you all know that I am a summer girl. Always have and always will be. Anyway, got to visit many cities and got to feel the real Cypriot vibe in those 4 days I’ve been staying there. I have to tell you, visited 4 cities and each of them was totally different than the other one. I was kind of mesmerized by this. But hey… let me tell you more! Ready, steady, go!

Barcelona – the amazing city of Gaudi

Hello there dear travelers! After more than 2 months without writing anything, I’m back. Today, I woke up like this: with a great desire to write about this magnificent Spanish city… the one and only Barcelona. So happy to finally getting back my inspiration. Hurray for that! Moving forward, this 4-day trip was actually my birthday present, I have visited this city at the end of July, 2018. Yeah, long time ago. I hope you all miss the summer vibes! Because I certainly do! Let me take you there.

Istanbul – the city between two continents

Ohhh Istanbul! You either love it, or hate it! Or one day you love it, the next day you hate it and then you love it again. Just like a roller-coaster ride haha. Istanbul is an enormous city and when I say enormous, trust me, it is extraordinarily wide. I stayed for 7 nights and still didn’t have time to actually explore this city at its fullest. I guess not even half! And you know how I travel… wake up early in the morning and come back to the accommodation at midnight after walking all day, so I really did my best. Also, Istanbul is the only city in the world that is located on two continents. Now you are in Europe and after you cross a bridge, you are in Asia. How cool is that? In this case, you can imagine the mix of cultures in this city. Amazing vibe! But please, let me tell you more…

Eurotrip – Timisoara, Budapest, Vienna, Hallstatt, Obertraun (Part 1)

Finallyyyy I am writing about my best trip of 2018! I know that the year is not over yet, and I still have 2 or 3 upcoming trips until the end of the year, but I am sure nothing can beat this experience. So hello guys and nice to have you back here again with me! Ok, what can I say? This trip was absolutely amazing. Husband, Dad and I were on the road for 11 days across Europe and got to see so many iconic places and visited so many beautiful cities. We actually slept in a different city every night during our trip, so it was quite exhausting but I would repeat the experience anytime without any doubt. Being 11 days, I will divide this blog post in 3 parts because there are too many pictures and too much information for one single post and I don’t want to torture you hahaha. So here it is: PART 1.

Cinque Terre – a dream come true

Oh hello there! Today is all about Cinque Terre! Used to see so many beautiful colorful pictures from these 5 cute villages that actually made me want to visit them as soon as possible. So said, so done. I planned the whole trip with one of my best friends, because she was also in love with Cinque Terre. But now I wonder… who wouldn’t be? The 5 villages are: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso al Mare. All of them are super pretty and I can assure you, it’s going to be hard to pick only one favorite!
